How long does it take to get my prints?
We strive to deliver your prints within 2-3 weeks after the event. This timeframe allows us to meticulously select and edit the best images to ensure you receive high-quality photographs.
What rights do I have to the digital prints?
You have full personal use rights to the digital prints. This means you can share them on social media, print them for personal use, and distribute them to friends and family. However, commercial use without permission is not allowed.
What if I lose my images?
We keep a backup of your images for one year. If you lose your images within this period, we can provide you with a copy. We recommend downloading and backing up your images as soon as you receive them.
